Regulatory State

Child Abuse Registry (State Specific)

The Child Abuse Registry is a database maintained by individual states that keeps records of child abuse and neglects investigations.

This prevents individuals who have abused or neglected children from being in a position where they could do it again. Most, if not all, also ask for the purpose of this search - it typically should be for individuals who will be working with children.

Home Care Registry

The Home Care Registry is a compilation of state-specific databases containing worker information. However, due to self-reported or third-party data, accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

State registries, such as New York's Home Care Registry, include crucial details like names, companies, job titles, and training certifications.
